You are very fortunate to be double insured through both mom AND dad. This means you won't have to pay $800/month for healthcare like most people do. I'll go over both plans that you have.

TRICARE

You have Tricare through dad, which is what you've been using for most of your life. The biggest perk of tricare is that it covers all necessary care at 100%. Check ups and hospital visits are completely covered, as well as things like therapy, you won't owe a dime. The biggest downside to tricare, however, is that you are more limited on providers. It isn't always easy to find providers that accept tricare because they don't pay out very much, so you'll have to do some searching. If you ever go to the hospital, all they need for your tricare coverage is your SSN, don't give them any other info. That way tricare foots the bill for the whole thing. Something to note is that you will lose Tricare once you turn 21 or when you get married, whichever comes first.

Blue Cross Blue Shield

You have Blue Cross Blue Shield through mom. Using this plan does cost a little bit of money depending on what you use it for but the biggest perk of this plan is that almost everywhere accepts it. You have amazing coverage through this plan. Check ups and the like will be covered at 100% and all other visits are quite low cost. For example, I only pay $15 for my psychiatry visits for my ADHD medication instead of the $100/visit that it would be otherwise. To use this insurance, you'll need to ask mom how to register and get a card sent to you. The insurance card will include all of the information that you need in order to use it, like the member ID and group number. You'll be covered under this plan until you're 25 or get married.

Dental Care

You have dental coverage through both plans so you can use either. You will have an easier time finding a dental office if you use Blue Cross, though, because nearly everywhere takes it. You'll have to do a bit more looking if you want to use Tricare though. The benefits are pretty comparable, things like cleanings are free through both plans and things like fillings cost a little bit of money. The best way to go would be to find a dentist that accepts both plans so that you can get the most coverage and pay the least out of pocket.
